If half the educators were a fraction as motivated and enthusiastic as you, there would be a much greater drive and interest in science.
You come across with a magnetic personally with so much positive energy. Listening to TWIS and watching Food Science you seem to have a natural energy – are you always like this? haha. It’s not a bad thing.

I found your Kitchen Science vodcasts some time ago, and love it! I just found out about your blog here from the podblack blog (http://podblack.wordpress.com/). I think you are great, and you certainly have picked a great sample of what makes the food science podcast so enjoyable to me.

I am extremely impressed by the quality of these Food Science shows. Justin has it exactly right when he says that if educators had even a fraction of your passion and charisma, there would be a much greater interest in science among our youth.
