    Dr. Kiki,

Unfortunately, I was unable to view your segment on The Doctors, as we don’t seem to carry that on any stations I am able to view. Do you know if anyone was able to post it (as you had requested)?

I did read ABOUT the segment and was particularly intrigued by the matter of iron intake. I am the father of a child diagnosed on the autism spectrum. This means I have been on a long and strenuous — and sometimes wonderful — journey of hard science, pseudo-science, quackery and physiological hail mary-ism. One concept that came up a lot was the adverse effect of so-called “heavy metals.” I have SO-O-O-O many questions about that. I would hate to bore you by listing them all here, but I am wondering if you can point me in the direction of a resource that focuses on that specific topic; particulary in regards to safe and/or natural ingestion of minerals (in relation to autism and similar conditions). Another related topic that mystifies me is that of chelation. It makes absolutely no sense to me how it could work, but we tried it anyway (as parents will do when desperate) and it SEEMED to have the desired effect. Do you have any thoughts or opinions on this?
I thank you for your time. And I hope I haven’t Tweeted you to the point of annoyance. I am trying to curb that.
    Keep up the great work!
